Generated Designs & Design History:

The 3D booth visualizations generated by our AI, along with your complete design history, are stored and linked to your account so you can review, share, or revisit them at any time.

Credit & Payment Information:

For credit purchases, we collect payment details necessary to process transactions through our payment gateway. Full payment card details are not stored on our servers.

Share Link Data:

When you generate a public shareable link for a 3D design, we store a unique share ID and the associated design data so that viewers (including unauthenticated stakeholders) can access the design without logging in.

Authentication Tokens:

We store session and authentication tokens to maintain your logged-in session securely across visits.

Usage Data:

Information about how you interact with our platform, including features used, designs generated, pages visited, and generation times, to help us improve the platform.

We collect information from the following sources:

• Information you provide directly when registering, designing a booth, or purchasing credits.
• Google OAuth when you choose to sign in with your Google account.
• Your uploaded reference images and brand assets provided to guide AI generation.
• Payment information provided during credit purchases.

• Maintain and display your design history so you can revisit or share past projects.
• Enable public shareable links so you can share designs with clients or stakeholders without requiring them to log in.
• Manage your credit balance and process credit purchases for AI design generations.
• Authenticate your identity securely using Google OAuth and maintain session continuity.

We do not sell or rent your personal data or design data to third parties. Shared designs (via public share links) are accessible to anyone with the link, but are not indexed or distributed by us beyond that.

We retain your account information and design history for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Generated 3D designs and associated inputs are stored for the period specified by your plan. Authentication tokens are stored for the duration of your session. We regularly review stored data to ensure it remains accurate and up to date. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

• Encrypted storage of design data, brand assets, and account information.
• Secure HTTPS communications across all platform interactions.
• Google OAuth for secure, password-free authentication.
